The PGD MICH helmet is an ACH helmet (Advanced Combat Helmet), which is similar to the ones used by the U.S. military and others. It is made as a low cut helmet so you get better protection on the side of the head.
Similar to the ARCH, just with a low cut, you get an extremely durable Kevlar Aramid helmet that is designed to withstand the newest and most advanced threats.

The MICH is not like other ballistic helmets. A standard helmet is affected in a 130mm area around the impact when a bulletproof helmet stops a projectile or fragment. Our PGD MICH helmet is only affected in an area up to 75 mm. around the impact.
It makes a world of difference in how deep the blunt force deformation is towards your head and thus also how much the helmet mitigates the shot. the PGD MICH compared to industry helmets will reduce the depth by up to 50%!
The PGD MICH is made of Kevlar aramid fiber from Dupont, and has been tested according to the american NIJ standard 0106.01 for ballistic helmets against ballistic threats from NIJ std 0101.08 and NIJ std 0101.06, making it possible to stop up to a .44 magnum, .357 SIG and 9 mm FMJ.
The MICH ballistic helmet has been tested for the V50 according to STANAG2920, which is the NATO standard for bulletproof materials. The test shows the helmet’s ability to stop fragments and shrapnels where the helmet can stop 17 grains at 660 M/S.
The PGD MICH is constructed with high-performance Kevlar aramid from Dupont. The ballistic helmet is designed for maximum coverage.
We understand that choosing a helmet is a big decision. This is why we stand behind our products with full confidence. You can rest assured that our MICH helmet offers the ultimate protection and performance, no matter what situation you are in.

The layer of Polyrea spray paint that is applied around the entire PGD MICH helmet ensures that your military helmet can withstand rain, oil and similar liquids. It also allows it to last for many years without the paint fading or degrading the ballistic properties.

The PGD MICH ballistic helmet is designed so you can adjust it according to your need.
The front shroud is compatible with Wilcox G24 and similar mounts. For the side rails these are made according to NATO standard for picatinny making them compatible with 3m Peltor, Sordin, Ops-core AMP arms, Earmor, and Unity Tactical headset MARK 2.0 adapters.
Low-cut ballistic helmet, PGD retention system, PGD 10-pad helmet liner, side accessory rails, front shroud & velcro pads.
