Important features of the PGD FRAG tactical vest:
Read our size guide for tactical bulletproof and stabproof vests if you are having trouble decided your size. When you measure yourself, it is important that you wear layers of clothes to get the correct sizing with your finished setup. The size is designed to follow your width, so if you measure 85 cm, we suggest you take a medium that covers 90 cm for full 360° protection.

Our PGD FRAG is lined with Outlast® PCM (Phase Change Material) technology, which means the material actively manages and regulates temperature for maximum comfort. Outlast® PCM absorbs, stores, and releases heat as needed, keeping the wearer cool when it’s warm and warm when it’s cool. This dynamic temperature regulation prevents overheating or chilling, ensuring consistent comfort in varying conditions.
Our PGD FRAG tactical bulletproof vest features built in front and back pockets for carrying ESAPI hard armor. For side armor protection you need to upgrade with a plate pocket, which does not come with the FRAG system per default.

Following hard armor plates are compatible:
The hard armor plates are being inserted through the velcro opening on the inside of the vest, and you can adjust them to sit low or high with the adjustable cordura straps on the inside.
The Placard is attached with velcro, and can be replaced and attached through G hook or similar webbing mounted system through the molle webbing, that is “hidden” behind the laser-cut webbing on the front.
The 2M Quick-Release Buckle is a cutting-edge fastening mechanism known for its strength, ease of use, and reliability in critical applications. Designed by the Italian company 2M, the buckle is primarily used in tactical and military gear, including body armor, plate carriers, and load-bearing equipment. Its innovative design allows for quick donning and doffing of gear, making it invaluable in high-stress situations where time is of the essence.
We have chosen this buckle system for our PGD FRAG because of its simplicity in operation. The buckle is engineered with a single-handed release mechanism, allowing the user to quickly disengage the buckle with one swift motion. This feature is especially useful for military personnel and law enforcement who may need to remove or adjust their gear under pressure. The buckle’s design ensures that while it can be released quickly, it remains securely fastened under normal conditions, preventing accidental release during movement or combat.
Its quick-release functionality allows soldiers and law enforcement officers to shed their gear rapidly in emergencies, such as when injured or trapped, facilitating faster medical attention or easier escape. In high-risk situations, being able to quickly remove protective gear can make a life-or-death difference.
